• Build processes in the Presales function that create higher win rates, shorter sales cycles, and allow the organization to effectively demonstrate the value of the product.
• Hire and coach an elite team of A players, fostering a collaborative and high-energy team environment that values curiosity, ownership, and continuous learning.
• Engage with prospects to gather technical and business requirements during discovery sessions, and configure and customize the product to align with customer requirements.
