Lead Learning Scientist

Join Faculty, a leading AI company focused on human-centric AI solutions. As the Lead Learning Scientist, you will shape the design of scalable, data-rich learning systems and ensure that our AI-powered education solutions are grounded in learning science and measurably effective. You will work closely with senior leadership and multidisciplinary delivery teams, and act as the internal and external subject-matter expert on learning science.

• Lead the design of learning goals, skill models, adaptivity logic, and feedback systems across flagship client engagements.
• Create and own Faculty’s Learning Science Playbook, defining best practices for scaffolding, feedback loops, measurement rubrics, and data instrumentation.
• Design and oversee rigorous evaluations, formative, summative, and quasi-experimental, that provide credible evidence that systems improve learning.
