About The Role

Join Faculty, a leading AI company, as a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer. In this role, you will spearhead the technical direction and delivery of complex AI projects, balancing trade-offs and guiding team priorities. You will design, implement, and maintain reliable ML/software systems, define project problems, develop roadmaps, and oversee delivery across multiple work-streams. You will also drive the development of shared resources and libraries, lead hiring processes, and act as a technical expert and coach for customers.

Designing, implementing, and maintaining reliable, scalable ML/software systems and justifying key architectural decisions.
Defining project problems, developing roadmaps, and overseeing delivery across multiple work-streams in often ill-defined, high-risk environments.
