Senior Product Designer - Energy Transition & Environment

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design of bespoke AI-native solutions, collaborate with experts in machine learning and software engineering, and contribute to the growth of the design capability within the organization.

• Lead the design of bespoke-build, AI-native solutions for clients, collaborating with machine learning engineers, data scientists, and software engineers.
• Plan, conduct, and oversee user research activities to synthesize insights that drive strategic design decisions, and own the development and delivery of wireframes, prototypes, and detailed designs.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and effectively communicate design rationale to stakeholders, including senior leadership and clients, while leading iterative design processes to continuously improve product usability.
