Technical Solutions Engineer

Join our team as a Technical Solutions Engineer and help drive the growth of our electric vehicle (EV) charging business. You will provide technical support and guidance to customers and the sales team, identify and close new sales opportunities, and work closely with our engineering and product teams. You will also attend trade shows, provide training and education on our EV charging solutions, and stay up-to-date on industry trends. • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and the sales team on EV charging solutions.
• Work with the sales team to develop partnership opportunities by providing technical support.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of EV charging technology and industry trends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel as required
• 5+ years of experience in technical sales and support
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, electrical engineering or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and eager to learn, even if that means self-paced and self-initiated learning
