Head / VP of Product Marketing

Join Flowie as the Head/VP of Product Marketing, where you will shape and execute our product marketing strategy to drive growth and market leadership. You will define our product's value proposition, lead go-to-market strategies, and ensure our product offerings resonate with our target audience. This role requires a strategic thinker who can influence product direction, collaborate across teams, and lead a high-performing product marketing organization.

• Développer et articuler un positionnement et un message produit clairs et convaincants qui différencient Flowie sur le marché.
• Diriger le développement et l'exécution de stratégies de mise sur le marché pour les nouveaux lancements de produits et les mises à jour de fonctionnalités.
• Conduire des recherches de marché approfondies pour comprendre les besoins des clients, les tendances du marché et le paysage concurrentiel.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably with experience in a high growth startup or scale up.
• Proficiency in both English and French (other languages are a plus : German, Spanish…)
• Proven track record in SaaS B2B sales.
• Nice to have: Experience in Procurement and Finance sectors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
