About The Role

Join Hermès of Paris as an Associate Retail Planner. In this role, you will support the Retail Planning and Inventory Planning team by managing day-to-day responsibilities, analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and building ad-hoc templates to drive department strategies. You will collaborate with various teams, including Merchandise Managers, Inventory Planning, IT, and Finance, to optimize inventory and improve business performance. A bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of merchandise planning or related experience are required.

Support the Retail Planning team in preparing and leading the open-to-buy reviews, forecasting sales, and monitoring the execution of the buy.
Analyze business performance to identify opportunities and risks across channels and product categories, presenting recommended shifts to improve KPIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandise Managers, Inventory Planning, and Finance, to align on inventory targets and OTB assumptions.
