About The Role

Join Hermès, a prestigious French luxury brand, as a Beauty Expert. In this role, you will be the primary in-store expert for fragrance and beauty, delivering bespoke consultations and building long-term client relationships. You will drive the beauty business through proactive identification of new opportunities and support beauty activations and client experiences. Additionally, you will serve as a mentor and coach to colleagues, sharing your expertise and knowledge. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key ambassador of the beauty métier within the flagship store and elevate the presence of beauty in every client journey.

Act as the primary in-store expert for Fragrance and Beauty, delivering elevated, bespoke consultations tailored to each client.
Drive the Beauty business through proactive identification of new opportunities within the Maison, and provide critical support for Beauty activations and client experiences.
Serve as a mentor and coach to colleagues, elevating Beauty knowledge and service standards across the Maison, and support and deliver engaging training sessions.
