Boutique Coordinator, Men's Universe - Maison Madison

Join Hermès, a prestigious French luxury brand, as a Boutique Coordinator in the Men's Universe department at our Madison Avenue flagship boutique. In this role, you will support sales operations, maintain organized systems for sales receipts, assist with inventory management, and provide excellent customer service. You will work closely with the sales team and contribute to the overall success of the boutique.

• Organize all Men's sales receipts and daily audits, in partnership with Men floor Management and Managing Director.
• Perform inventory stock counts and assist with reconciliation, as needed, for all Men floor métiers.
• Ensure that all Men special orders are systematically entered during ALC season and communicate to sales team once completed orders arrive in-store.
