Client Host, 6-Month Contract, Sydney Trust

In this 6-month contract role, you will be the face of the boutique, providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for clients. You will manage traffic flow, engage with clients, coordinate the boutique and private client areas, and contribute to continuous improvement. • Act as the first point of contact for all clients entering the boutique, creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable first impression.
• Manage boutique traffic flow and client appointments to ensure a seamless in-store experience, overseeing the virtual queueing and waiting system.
• Proactively engage and entertain clients while they wait, providing personalized attention and maintaining a luxury experience.
