Continuous Improvement and Process Coordinator

Join Hermès, a prestigious luxury brand, as a Continuous Improvement & Process Coordinator. In this role, you will collaborate with various senior leaders to create standard operating procedures, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement in the supply chain. You will also build relationships with colleagues in France and the US, as well as external partners. This position is critical for executing Hermès' 5-year logistics and distribution roadmap in the US.

• Collaborate with local Distribution management on improvements to workflow, process, and perform time studies.
• Responsible for the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and defining process maps for all departments and activities in Dayton.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement throughout the supply chain for all assigned projects and activities.
