Department Manager - Boutique Roma

Join Hermès, a prestigious French luxury brand, as a Department Manager in our Rome boutique. In this role, you will manage all boutique activities, lead and support your team, and focus on business and customer experience. You will be responsible for people management and development, sales and customer experience, and operations. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, fluency in Italian and English, and a strong background in management, preferably in luxury fashion retail.
