Department Manager - Boutique Venezia

Join Hermès, a prestigious French luxury brand, as a Department Manager in our Boutique Venezia. In this role, you will manage all boutique activities, lead and support the development of your team, and focus on business and customer experience. You will be responsible for people management and development, sales and customer experience, and operations. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, fluency in Italian and English, and a strong background in management, preferably in international and luxury fashion retail.

• Plan daily activities, set objectives, and assign tasks to the team while providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Drive the achievement of sales goals through team members, develop business strategy and action plan to enhance growth.
• Support store management in organizing, ensuring proper floor coverage and supervision, and collaborating with operations team.
