Greeter Amsterdam

Join Hermès, a prestigious French luxury brand, as a Greeter in Amsterdam. As the first point of contact for customers, you will set the tone for their experience in the store. Your responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming clients, managing traffic inside and outside the store, and providing unparalleled hospitality. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing retail environment, strong interpersonal skills, and fluency in English and Dutch.

• Be the client's first impression of Hermès image & convey warmth, courtesy, elegance and simplicity at all times.
• Greet and welcome clients as they enter and leave the store, manage traffic inside & outside the store.
• Provide unparalleled hospitality by creating a welcoming environment from the front door to the sales floor.
