Internal Controller

Join Hermès, a prestigious luxury brand, as an Internal Controller. In this role, you will support the Internal Control team in conducting quality audits, proposing corrective actions, and ensuring adherence to policies and regulations. You will perform operational and analytical reviews, assist during audits, prepare audit packages, monitor internal control questionnaires, and follow up on previous reviews and audits. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in internal audit or finance, a master's degree in Audit and Finance, and strong analytical skills.

• Conduct quality audits and propose corrective actions in accordance with local laws and company requirements.
• Perform recurring operational and analytical reviews, follow up with relevant parties, and assist during audits of the operating process.
• Independently prepare audit packages and documentation, including detailed pre-audit preparation, on-site evaluations, and post-audit follow-up actions.
