Maintenance Associate, Ala Moana

Join Hermès, a prestigious luxury brand, as a Maintenance Associate at the Ala Moana Boutique. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of the boutique, ensuring a perfect appearance throughout operating hours. You will coordinate with vendors, supervise cleaning crews, and assist with store events. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience in facility and maintenance, preferably in a high-end environment.

• Responsible for regular monitoring and cleaning of shelves, display cases, glass surfaces, restrooms and common areas throughout the store operating hours.
• Responsible for addressing and resolving assigned maintenance tasks, coordinating with vendors and Store Director / Construction Department, and keeping LP and senior management informed.
• Supervising all technicians in store and understanding all aspects and systems in the building.
