Managing Director, Manhasset

Join Hermès, a prestigious luxury brand, as the Managing Director of the new Manhasset Boutique opening in October 2026. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, client development, staff coaching, and operational controls. You will report to the Managing Vice President of the New York Region and work collaboratively with the sales team and support teams to enhance the client experience.

• Oversee the management team, ensuring they are well-informed, trained, and aligned in approach, while providing strategy for team motivation and driving results.
• Manage all aspects of the business, including building sales, identifying opportunities, client development and service, coaching and counseling of staff, and operational controls.
• Full responsibility for P&L, sales goals, and inventory results, including managing the buying process and ensuring the highest level of service.
