Supply Chain Onboarding Compliance Program Manager

Job Short Description

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Risk & Compliance Program Manager with expertise in operations, supplier quality, and regulatory compliance. This role owns the supplier risk monitoring database, delivers insights on top-risk suppliers to the U.S. Division, and works on-site to drive corrective and preventive actions.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of environmental and regulatory requirements (e.g., RoHS, REACH, WEEE, PFAS, Prop 65) and global regulations related to critical and responsible minerals. Experience in applying frameworks such as the OECD Due Diligence Guidance and initiatives like the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) under the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) is essential.

This role demands a proactive approach to supplier engagement, risk assessment, and implementation of compliance controls aligned with international environmental and ethical sourcing standards.
