Industrial Engineering (IE) Director

Basic Function of the Job: To oversee an IE team of the organization that can consist of several functions. To lead the IE teams into achieving all the metrics of accomplishment. Take full responsibility for the IE team's contribution to the company's performance indicators, goals, long-term vision, and mission. Take charge of the IE team’s contribution to the Company performance indicator, objectives and long-term vision and mission. Lead a team of managers and engineers in project implementation & evaluation and improvement of manufacturing processes. Establish and optimize a continuous improvement production system and provide continuous improvement engineering solutions. Manage factory layout and production line layout optimization, promote production line balancing and process bottleneck improvement. Promote continuous improvement in the operational efficiency of personnel, equipment, and fixed assets.
