Retail Planner, Fixed Term Contract, Head Office

Join Hermès, a prestigious French luxury brand, as a Retail Planner in a fixed-term contract role at our Head Office. In this position, you will lead the setup and implementation of supply chain and replenishment projects, manage stock levels, and provide planning and analysis support during key merchandising moments. You will work closely with various departments to ensure optimal inventory levels and contribute to the overall development of the Hermès House.

• Lead the setup and implementation of Supply Chain and Replenishment projects, ensuring effective merchandise flow throughout the supply chain.
• Establish and evolve the replenishment strategy, manage automated Min/Max and manual allocation systems, and analyze performance and forecasting stock needs.
• Provide planning and analysis support during key Merchandising moments, including PSI, OTB, and Pricing cycles.
