• Strives to provide exceptional client experience in line with the Sales & Service Ambassador guidelines and benchmarks to every client in Hermès.
• Establishes and maintains client relationships, handles complex client experience concerns and issues, and offers exceptional aftersales experience to all clients.
• Participates in daily operations, including housekeeping duties, stock duties, and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.
