Sales Associate Temporary - Boutique Firenze

Join Hermès, a prestigious French luxury brand, as a temporary Sales Associate in our Florence boutique. In this role, you will provide personalized customer service, share the brand's history and craftsmanship, and develop long-lasting relationships with clients. You will also support customers with product information and aftersales care, maintain a customer portfolio, and participate in events and animations. Fluency in Italian and English is required, and a background in luxury retail is preferred.

• Advising and supporting customers on all product categories to satisfy their needs and ensure a memorable omnichannel experience.
• Developing and maintaining a customer portfolio through proper client discovery and a bespoke experience to foster loyalty and establish long-term relationships.
• Collecting and updating client data in accordance with privacy policy and company procedures, and playing an active role in customer events and animations.
