Selling and Service Assistant, Beverly Hills Flagship

Join Hermès, a prestigious luxury brand, as a Selling and Service Assistant at our Beverly Hills Flagship Boutique. In this role, you will provide clerical support for front and back of house operations, process transactions, assist with sales, and maintain the selling floor. You will work collaboratively with the sales team and support the client experience in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

• Accurately record point of sales transactions at the register, processing sales, sends, repairs, and assisting in preparation of opening and closing procedures.
• Consistently provide high levels of service to clients within the Hermès standard of service, including prompt and friendly greeting, answering questions, and assistance with wrapping and packaging.
• Support the sales team with the selling process, including hanging merchandising, returning merchandise to the floor, retrieving stock, and physical preparation of the stock room.
