About The Role

Join Hermès, a prestigious luxury brand, as a Senior Manager - Real Estate Construction Planner. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing the master schedule for all new store openings, remodels, and construction projects in the Americas region. You will also monitor budgets, coordinate timelines, and drive alignment across internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning and scheduling, preferably within high-end or luxury retail construction. This position is based in our New York, NY Corporate Office.

Develop, maintain, and optimize the master schedule for all new store openings, remodels, and construction projects.
Monitor project capex budgets, forecast cost impacts, and support financial planning for construction capex projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are aligned and executed on schedule.
