About The Role

Join Hermès, a prestigious French luxury brand, as a Showroom Manager. In this role, you will support the Press & Influence team by managing sample trafficking and overall inventory. You will maintain accurate records of press samples, process incoming sample requests, and act as the primary point of contact for the press team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in fashion sample management or luxury retail stock operations, proficiency in sample tracking software and Excel, and exceptional organization and attention to detail.

Maintenir des dossiers complets et précis de tous les échantillons de presse, y compris la réception, l'enregistrement, l'étiquetage et la photographie des nouveaux échantillons.
Traiter toutes les demandes d'échantillons entrants, préparer, emballer et expédier les envois avec la documentation appropriée.
