BCG X EMESA Staffing Trainee

Join BCG X, the tech build & design unit of Boston Consulting Group, as an EMESA Staffing Trainee. In this role, you will make key staffing decisions, collaborate with various teams, and provide strategic staffing recommendations. You will work closely with the BCG X Staffing Team and local BCG staffing and finance teams. This is an excellent opportunity for those with a strong interest in HR topics and a proactive attitude.

• Support staffing activities by helping track team availability, project assignment, and liaising with finance to review billing discrepancies.
• Ensure relevant tools and trackers are maintained providing visibility of people commitments such project assignments, training and time off requests.
• Provide hands-on support across administrative staffing activities and coordinate with BCG local HR and relevant stakeholders on employee matters when required.
