Consultant or Project Leader, Industrial Goods

As a Consultant or Project Leader in our Industrial Goods Practice, you will work with top minds in the industry to drive transformative change for our clients. You will have the opportunity to lead projects, provide intellectual leadership, and contribute to the creation of BCG's intellectual capital. This role requires at least 7 years of experience in the Industrial Goods sector, strong leadership skills, and fluency in French and English.

• Supporting the growth of BCG's Industrial Goods practice through case execution, client development, and intellectual property & product creation.
• Executing or providing expertise on projects within the industrial goods branches for key clients in multiple industries, including Aviation, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Machinery and Industrial Automation, and Agribusiness.
• Leading project workstreams and a small team of consultants, providing intellectual leadership for the project teams by generating key ideas and conceptual frameworks to guide research and analysis.
