• Partner with BCG clients to tackle their most difficult challenges, transform mindsets, and create outstanding value.
• Contribute to the development of the People & Organization Practice Area and support BCG's ambitious growth targets.
• Lead and manage multiple client and stakeholder relationships, actively influencing the client agenda.
