• Support clients in defining their ERP strategy and framing their transformation, including roadmap definition and business case development.
• Drive and accelerate ERP-enabled business transformations, linking technology with operating model redesign and helping unlock value through process optimization.
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical ERP capabilities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and building future-proof solutions.
