Freelance Creative Strategist - Meta ads

Join our team as a Freelance Creative Ops & Scriptwriter for Meta ads. In this execution-first role, you will work closely with our Head of Growth to translate creative strategy into production. Your responsibilities will include scriptwriting, UGC management, shoot organization, and creative execution. You should have a solid experience in performance creative, social video production, or UGC management for D2C brands, and be highly organized and reliable. Fluency in French and English is a must, and experience coordinating video shoots is a bonus.

• Rédiger des scripts et des briefs créatifs pour les publicités Meta, en traduisant les directions créatives en scripts axés sur la conversion.
• Gérer le pipeline de contenu, de la rédaction à la livraison, en s'assurant que le contenu des créateurs répond aux normes de performance et de marque.
• Coordonner les tournages vidéo internes et externes, en gérant la logistique, le casting, les listes de plans et la planification.

### 👀 What We're Looking For

• A first solid experience in performance creative, social video production, or UGC management for D2C brands (internship or 1–2 years at least)
• Ability to write scripts and briefs for Meta video ads that convert
• Some hands-on experience managing or briefing UGC creators
• Highly organized and reliable: you own your pipeline and flag issues before they become problems
• Strong written French and English (a must); German or Spanish a plus
• Comfortable working across multiple markets and cultural contexts
• Familiar with Meta ad formats and how creatives are structured for testing
• Based in Paris
• Bonus: experience coordinating video shoots or working alongside an in-house production team
