Customer Operations Associate — AI & Data

Join our Customer Operations team as a Customer Operations Associate. In this role, you will be the primary connection point between our customers, freelance support team, and internal operations. You will run daily customer support operations, track core KPIs, and contribute to building and maintaining dashboards. You will also use our internal AI platform and help optimize AI features. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in customer care/operations/support, outstanding writing skills in French and English, and a genuine curiosity for AI tools.

• 🤖 **AI mindset**: genuine curiosity for AI tools and how they can improve day-to-day operations; you’ve experimented with Dust, ChatGPT, or similar tools and want to go further: you build, you don’t just talk about it.
• ⚙️ **Execution**: strong organization and prioritization in a fast-paced environment; detail-oriented without losing sight of priorities.
• 💬 **Collaboration tools**: comfortable with Slack, Notion, or similar async tools.
• 💪 **Comfort with women’s health topics** (pelvic floor, vaginal health, postpartum recovery, female intimacy).
• ➕ **Nice to have**: Shopify experience; familiarity with 3PL environments; exposure to no-code tools (n8n, Make, Zapier or similar).
• 🇬🇧 **Professional English** (written and spoken).
