About The Role

Join Whatnot, the largest live shopping platform in North America and Europe. As a Corporate Development Senior Deal Lead, you will develop M&A strategies, execute transactions, and shape corporate strategy. You will partner with senior executives and manage cross-functional teams. This is a remote position with flexibility to work from home or from one of our global office hubs.

Partner with the executive team to develop M&A strategies and drive the end-to-end M&A process.
Lead external negotiations with expertise in deal structures and tactics, and oversee deal integration.
Build a strong external network with founders, venture capitalists, investment banks, and industry partners.
