Join Whatnot, the largest live shopping platform in North America and Europe. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for buyers and sellers, resolving customer issues, and driving process improvement. You will work remotely or from one of our global office hubs, with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.

Interacting with buyers and sellers to ensure a positive experience and resolve issues.
Becoming an expert in the Whatnot product, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for users.
Working with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions.
