Events Producer

Join Whatnot, the largest livestream shopping platform in North America and Europe. As an Events Producer, you will own and execute a portfolio of high-impact tradeshows and experiential activations, ensuring a consistent, compelling, and measurable brand experience. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution, as well as the ability to manage operations behind the scenes and engage directly with sellers and partners on the show floor.

• Own and execute a portfolio of high-impact tradeshows and experiential activations, ensuring a consistent, compelling, and measurable brand experience.
• Lead end-to-end execution of tradeshows and activations, including booth design, fabrication, AV, shipping, and on-site operations.
• Build and manage budgets for mid-sized events, track estimates vs. actuals, and proactively manage variances.
