About The Role

Join Whatnot, the largest livestream shopping platform in North America and Europe. As a Finance Systems Analyst, you will help build the financial infrastructure behind one of the fastest-growing marketplaces in the world. You will work closely with various teams to improve financial workflows, support configuration and administration of finance tools, reduce manual work, and drive projects from problem definition through rollout. This is a remote position with flexibility to work from home or from one of our global office hubs.

Improving core finance workflows across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, planning, and close by gathering requirements, mapping current-state processes, identifying pain points, and shipping practical systems improvements.
Supporting configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing administration of NetSuite and related finance tools by partnering with Finance, IT, Security, People, and external vendors.
Reducing manual work and operational risk by building automations, improving workflows, documenting processes, and helping teams move from ad hoc workarounds to scalable systems.
