International Strategy & Operations Manager, Logistics

As the International Strategy & Operations Manager for Logistics, you will be responsible for developing and executing logistics strategies across European markets, managing carrier performance, navigating regulatory complexities, and partnering with senior leaders to enhance user experiences and pricing. You should have 8-10 years of experience in strategy and operations roles, with deep experience in logistics within European markets.

• Own the operating model and cross-functional partnerships that enable scalable, high-quality logistics across Whatnot's European markets.
• Lead carrier performance and pricing health in international markets — monitoring key metrics, managing rate structures, and driving accountability with regional carrier partners.
• Build and run operational response to shipping disruptions — owning the playbooks that ensure fast, reliable resolution for buyers and sellers across jurisdictions.
