Manager, Data Science

As a Manager of Data Science, you will lead a high-impact team working on core marketplace problems, drive analytical strategy, and support cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong foundation in analytics and experience managing data science teams.

• Lead a team of data scientists working on high-impact marketplace problems across areas such as growth, discovery, incentives, ads, ranking, and ecosystem health.
• Build and operationalize strong measurement foundations, including KPI frameworks, dashboards, diagnostics, and recurring business review rhythms.
• Raise the bar for experimentation quality through better test design, guardrails, observability, and interpretation.
