Payroll Analyst

Join Whatnot, the largest live shopping platform in North America and Europe. As a Payroll Analyst, you will manage and optimize end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing for US employees. You will also maintain compliance with tax regulations, support audits, and manage the Workday system. This is a remote position with the option to work from one of our global office hubs.

• Verarbeiten Sie die US-Gehaltsabrechnung in Workday, validieren Sie Verdienste, Abzüge, Steuern und Pfändungen.
• Stellen Sie die Einhaltung der Vorschriften auf Bundes-, Landes- und lokaler Ebene sicher und unterstützen Sie interne und externe Gehaltsprüfungen.
• Identifizieren Sie Automatisierungs- und Effizienzmöglichkeiten und unterstützen Sie gehaltsbezogene Systemverbesserungen oder -implementierungen.
