As a People Operations Partner, you will shape and scale the employee experience, focusing on building scalable, compliant, and data-driven People Operations infrastructure. You will lead core People Ops operations, drive compliance and audit readiness, partner on payroll and time & attendance operations, build and scale reporting & analytics, and manage People systems and data integrity.
