Planning Analyst, Workforce Management

Join Whatnot, the largest livestream shopping platform in North America and Europe. As a Planning Analyst, you will be the daily interface with operations and agent teams, translating capacity plans into actionable schedules, monitoring queue performance, and providing real-time analysis. You will also track agent-level productivity and adherence, provide feedback to the Capacity Planner, and own the daily roster. This is a remote position with flexibility to work from home or from one of our global office hubs.

• Own the -90 days +90 days scheduling, translating capacity plans into actionable daily and weekly schedules.
• Monitor intraday queue performance, surfacing breaches before they become SLA misses and escalating with context.
• Track agent-level productivity, adherence, and quality trends, generating performance signals that feed into Learning and Development.
