Senior People Business Partner, Operations

Join Whatnot, the largest livestream shopping platform in North America and Europe. As a Senior People Business Partner, you will partner with leaders across our global Operations organization to drive people strategy, org design, and key talent decisions. You will also play a key role in shaping and executing People programs that enable teams to do their best work. This is a remote position with the option to work from one of our global office hubs.

• Coaching leaders and managers to improve team effectiveness, performance, and employee experience.
• Partnering on people strategy, including org design, workforce planning, and team development.
• Driving core people processes (compensation, performance cycles, talent planning) for your organization.
