Warehouse Agent - FTC

Join Whatnot, the largest live shopping platform in North America and Europe. As a Warehouse Agent, you will be responsible for order fulfillment, hand authentication of collectibles, managing product inventory, and packaging items. You should have experience in parcel delivery, marketplace operations, and a positive customer-first attitude. This is a 3-6 month contract position with the potential for full-time employment.

• Process inbound and outbound items, hand authenticate valuable collectibles, and manage product inventory.
• Package items with precision and in a timely manner, and issue buyer’s product returns based on defective/damaged items.
• Collaborate with management to improve systems and supply chain efficiency, and make quick and financially sound decisions around inventory and customer satisfaction.
