Join Whatnot, the largest live shopping platform in North America and Europe. As a Workplace Operations & Experience Manager, you will lead operations for our San Francisco hub and drive operational consistency, workplace programs, and regional initiatives across multiple locations. You will blend strategy with execution, create structure, and focus on creating exceptional workplace experiences. This role is based in San Francisco, CA, with regular domestic travel expected.

Lead workplace operations for the San Francisco hub, establishing and implementing operational standards, playbooks, and procedures.
Design and implement a regional vendor support strategy, managing workplace operating budgets and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Act as a strategic and operational partner to the Head of Real Estate & Workplace, helping prioritize initiatives and translate long-term strategy into scalable execution.
