Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Join Lendbuzz as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where you will support our technical teams and help maintain an engaged tech culture. You will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, coach leaders, partner with executive leadership on strategic HR initiatives, and own Paylocity administration. This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of progressive HR experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Paylocity.

• Partnership with leaders and individual contributors to provide support and guidance on career advancement, employee relations, leveling, and org design.
• Management of the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Collaboration with executive leadership to design and launch strategic HR initiatives, and conducting regular check-ins with employees to summarize themes and take action on findings.
• Comfortable and eager to work across internal teams
• Minimum of 3+ years of progressive HR experience, as an HR Business Partner or an HR Generalist
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong proficiency with Paylocity (required) and Jira (preferred)
• An understanding of what engages tech employees, and what makes them grow and thrive in their careers
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
