About The Role

Join Komodo's Engineering and Product Operations team as a Senior Technical Program Manager. In this role, you will drive cross-functional execution across Product and Engineering, manage beta programs, and own the analytics foundation. You will partner closely with Engineering Leads, Product Managers, and external partners to drive delivery at scale. Your impact will be felt across every product milestone Komodo ships.

  • Drive cross-functional execution across Product and Engineering, managing a high volume of beta programs and owning the analytics foundation.
  • Lead beta programs end-to-end, including partner onboarding, feedback loops, staged rollout coordination, and go/no-go decisions.
  • Establish program frameworks and operating rhythms that improve execution across Product Engineering, and shape how the team operates by introducing scalable processes.
  • Strong technical fluency: able to engage substantively with engineers on architecture, tradeoffs, and system design
  • Demonstrated track record running external beta or partner programs with measurable outcomes
  • Ability to read and reason about technical specs, architecture docs, and API documentation without requiring translation from engineering
  • Deep experience driving complex, cross-functional programs in a product engineering org
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions without direct authority
  • Experience embedded in a Technical or Engineering org, with working knowledge of software development cycles, system dependencies, and technical debt tradeoffs
  • Expected to actively use AI tools to accelerate program planning, synthesize feedback from beta programs, generate status communications, and identify patterns across large datasets. Comfort with AI-assisted workflows is a baseline expectation for this role
  • Experience managing programs that involve data pipelines, platform services, or infrastructure dependencies alongside user-facing product work
  • Experience working directly with SaaS, AI platform or data platform teams, understanding how model updates, feature pipelines affect product delivery timelines
  • Prior exposure to AI or ML product development cycles, including the challenges of shipping probabilistic systems: model evaluation, data quality gates, and iterative release patterns
  • Prior experience at a high-growth or large-scale tech company where execution complexity required building new program infrastructure, not just following existing playbooks
