About The Role

Join Optro as a Senior Compensation Manager, where you will be responsible for designing and delivering competitive and equitable compensation programs. You will lead the development and execution of our global compensation strategy, conduct market benchmarking, and partner with various teams to align compensation structures with business goals. Additionally, you will oversee the administration of compensation cycles, drive compensation analytics, and ensure global compliance with wage and hour regulations.

Comfortable using data to predict future headcount costs and reward risks
Proven experience scaling a global company to 1,000+ employees
Workday Compensation experience preferred
10+ years in Total Rewards/Compensation
