Licensing & Partnerships Coordinator (CSR Racing)

Join the Licensing and Partnerships team at Zynga, a leading mobile gaming company. As a Licensing & Partnerships Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the successful release of licensed content for the CSR Racing franchise. You will be responsible for coordinating contracts with external licensors, managing the contract process, and ensuring all contractual obligations are met. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

• Coordination of contracts for licensed content, including draft preparation, review of key terms, and submission for internal review.
• Accountable for communication and delivery of contractual requirements contained within agreements from licensors, including legal notice communication.
• Responsible for data entry and tracking of all contract statuses to stakeholders using automated workflows, and updating release tracking from the development team.
• Organization Skills: Ability to manage many brands to a deadline and be on point
• Software Knowledge: AirTable, 1Password, Beyond compare, IronClad, Google Suite, and Confluence
• Attention to Detail: Ability to review and highlight potential contractual issues
• Communication: An elegant, straightforward, personable and confident communicator
