Demonstrated experience working with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar
Experience mentoring or leading other analysts is a big plus
Excellent communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in analytics or data science roles, ideally in gaming, mobile apps, or digital products
Expert proficiency in SQL and Python for data exploration and analysis
Fast learner, highly meticulous, proactive, and pragmatic
Solid experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and experimentation design
Strong background in applied statistics; experience with Bayesian methods is a plus
Strong business sense and product intuition; you understand how to prioritize what matters most
