About The Role

Join Zynga as a Senior AI Business Partner, where you will play a key role in implementing and supporting our AI strategy. You will collaborate with various teams, deploy evaluations, work with vendors, and assess the impact of AI tools. You will also stay current on AI trends, develop business KPIs, and assist in AI governance and compliance. Collaborate with partner teams, deploy evaluations, work with vendors, and assess the overall impact of AI tools.
Foster strong relationships and open communication across Zynga to educate, share best practices, and set customers up for success.
Evaluate AI vendors for fitness, ethics, security, and legality, and assist in AI governance and compliance of third-party providers.
Understanding and knowledge of AI applications and methods
Experience managing relationships with third-party vendors
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Ability to challenge and influence in a collaborative way
Experience in project management, production, and/or product management
Ability to manage workload and consistently achieve delivery timelines
Strong communication and analytical skills
B.S. or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business Administration or other relevant fields
Experience using or building AI
Prior work in game development and/or customer success
Experience gathering user feedback through playtesting or focus testing to draw insights and guide decisions
