About The Role

Join KAYAK as a Senior Analyst in Brand Strategy & Measurement. In this role, you will help build and run measurement programs to evaluate the impact of KAYAK's brand marketing investments across global markets. You will partner with regional marketing and media teams, develop structured testing roadmaps, design and support measurement programs, and translate complex analyses into compelling narratives. You will also manage KAYAK's global brand tracking program and monitor key marketing and business performance indicators. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone passionate about turning complex data into clear stories and making a direct impact on a global brand's growth.

  • Partner with regional marketing and media teams to define measurement priorities, establish KPIs, build learning agendas, and align measurement approaches with business objectives.
  • Develop structured testing roadmaps across channels and campaigns, selecting the most appropriate methodologies based on the business question, available budget, and data availability.
  • Design and support measurement programs including incrementality testing, geo holdouts, brand lift studies, media mix modeling (MMM), and other experimental approaches.
  • This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone energized by turning complex data into clear stories and who wants their work to have a direct impact on how a global brand grows
  • Clear, confident communication skills — you can explain complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis; experience with Python is a plus
  • Experience evaluating and optimizing marketing performance across digital and/or offline media channels
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing analytics, measurement, paid media, strategy, or a related analytical function — ideally within a consumer technology, travel, or digital-first environment; equivalent experience, training, or transferable skills are also considered
  • A curious, collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in continuously improving how marketing effectiveness is measured and understood
  • Familiarity with marketing and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adjust, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with marketing measurement approaches such as incrementality testing, attribution, brand lift studies, or media mix modeling
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and analysis to influence business decisions and improve marketing performance
  • Experience working with external agencies, research vendors, or measurement partners is a plus
